We got an outreachy intern working on getting all the repositories to date,
cleaning up the dependencies and removing noise from it.
Hopefully that should suffice to minimize the damage spread of the bot.

This is a great step towards upgrading dependency but there could be a
possibility that in doing so it will break existing codebase and functionality
renovate is good when you make incremental changes and your codebase is also up
to date with those dependency
