Original Description:
The new deposit and withdraw buttons at the client detail screen are not
affected when assigning user rules and permissions. there is no way of blocking
users from accessing these buttons and a user with deposit, withdraw, loan
payment, disbursement etc can access these restricted area through these
buttons.
