Hi Folks,

Thanks again for voting on the ReRelease of UserALE.js v1.0.0!

A few notes:

1. I took the (minor) actions provided by IPMC (update license copyright
section)
2. I removed md5 sigs from the release (no longer allowed)
3. I updated package.json to reflect our new npm package name

This results in a final release package that can be viewed here:
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/flagon/
<https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/flagon/>
        I have removed v1.0.0 RC#1-3 as a clean-up action

I have tagged this final release package here:
https://github.com/apache/incubator-flagon-useralejs/releases/tag/1.0.0_06_02_2019

<https://github.com/apache/incubator-flagon-useralejs/releases/tag/1.0.0_06_02_2019>
        I have left tags for v1.0.0 RC2-3 until v1.0.0 is pushed out through
official channels

I have pushed the final release package to our new NPM distro:
https://www.npmjs.com/package/flagon-userale
<https://www.npmjs.com/package/flagon-userale>
        We had to start fresh with re-release because Lewis has vanished and
only he has creds to the old npm package. Furthermore, as we needed to
(Re)Release v1.0.0, and the npm registry is immutable, this would have caused a
need to bump this release version creating asynchrony between Apache releases,
the repo, and npm versioning. We’ll use this going forward. When/If Lewis
returns, he will deprecate.

I’ll update the website links, when mentors push v1.0.0 artifacts from /dev/ to
/release/

Lastly, I’ll keep our release branch open until the above action are finalized.

Yay!
