Seems to me there are two issues. The installer changes to support the 4.14 SDK, and the 4.14 install itself. If you are only interested in testing theSDK, use the Ant-based method to install the binaries. By all means we do need to test the installer changes too, but there is no reason why

IMO, we are seeing bad downloads from apacheflexbuilds, not some problem with the MD5 signatures or the Installer (other than my suspicion that AIR just doesn’t handle big downloads as well as other libraries). So, as long as folks want to use the AIR-based Installer, either we nicely tell them
