I'm working on a Windows Azure VM to make Mustella run. We don't want to/can't
run Mustella on 'builds.apache.org' because of it's heavy demands on the system
(both software requirements and CPU/memory resources), so an external VM seems
the best way to go.
Once I've set up a server for localhost and Jenkins to automate everything, we
can work on making all tests pass and put this 'in production'.
