Well if you have the regular version of Visual studio's you can use plugins like Amethyst [1], Tofino [2], or Code Drive [3]. Although I believe Tofino stopped developement at Flex SDK 4.5. You can do things like roll your own plugin for it and get it to work for express editions... But don't ho
