You can still install Flash Builder if you have Creative Cloud. To see it you need to: 1. Click on the Gear at the top of the CC window. 2. Click the Apps tab. 3. Scroll down to the bottom where it says “Settings” 4. Enable “Show Older Apps”. You should then be able to install Flash Builder
