Support slicing operation that produces slicing:

combine

{{SlicedStream}} will produce results that exposes current {{WindowOperator}}
internal state {{InternalAppendingState<K, W, IN, ACC, ACC>}}, which can be
later applied with {{WindowFunction}} separately in another operator.
