VectorInteraction transfroms two vectors or double-valued columns into a single
vector column that contains the product of all combinations of one value from
each input column.
* Add VectorInteractionMapper for the operation of the vector interaction.
* Add VectorInteractionParams for the parameters of VectorInteractionMapper.
* Add VectorInteractionMapperTest for the test example.
