I was originally going to just mention that I have created a page of instructions at http://people.apache.org/~gmcdonald/ on how to set up Putty/Pageant/FSFTP for use with SSH+PKI, useful in specific terms For new committers, but useful in general as well I suppose.
I had a bit of trouble getting mine to work, basically because bits of Information were all over the place and some bits of vital info to make It all work were missing as far as windows based committers were concerned. That information is still there, but RB Donkin over at infra/site-dev kindly Agreed to add it to the main documentation and created a new page for it at http://apache.org/dev/user-ssh-windows.html I still wanted to make the information known hence this post, but also to note there is another page on my apache site regarding uploading content to your apache webspace using psftp and theres a small 'About Me' page there too. ... in case anyone was interested.
