My fault on that.
I only read the Install guide at:
http://localhost/forrest/docs_0_80/howto/howto-dispatcher-install.html
which doesn't seem to mention the patch.
I have updated to the HEAD revision, and have applied
the patch.
I added the patch and all is OK.
Would it be appropriate to add
