Vote on the podling mailing list for releasing Apache FreeMarker 2.3.24 (incubating) passed with the following results: 4 binding "+1", 2 non-binding "+1" votes, no "0" votes, no "-1" votes. Thus, this version is recommended for release by the PPMC, and the formal release vote will be soon follow
