currently working on this. Please correct me if I am wrong.
That said, we would very much appreciate a contribution of you with that
feature in mind. Please open a PR if you can.

I'm in the process of migrating a GeoExt application from v1.1 to 2.1
and unfortunately the LayerParamLoader and LayerParamNode classes
weren't implemented in GeoExt2.
