Messages are automatically sent to DLQ when they hit their redelivery
maximum. I don't believe expired messages are sent to DLQs though.

I think that, like most other applications that have plugins, we should
cover all three bases. Components maintained by the core team should be
hosted locally. An open repository should exist
I dunno... I might have to come up with some more magic to get the
tck to run.
But its probably not going to be anything I would consider awesome...
unless I can figure out how to make Maven go down to the store and
buy me some beer :-P

includes Spring 1.2.5 on its class path.
