Another thing to remember is that M2 builds gave us transitive
dependencies. So it could quite be possible that we picked up some
unneeded artifacts.
We bloated by 20+M from 1.1 to 1.2.

The only changes that were made to the binaries that passed a vote
over the past weekend was to add the scm section to the pom.xml.
