Fix Version/s: 2.1
The problem is now invalid. There are other ways to work around this without
having to produce two plugins for the mrc-server. e.g. Returning a general
StatsImpl object instead of the specific Tomcat*StatsImpl and Jetty*StatsImpl
object.
