Prerequisite: a fresh set of Geronimo JARs in the Maven repo, so independent
ActiveMQ builds see the latest Geronimo code.
Model this afrter the EditableConfigurationManager blocks in JettyManagerImpl
and TomcatManagerImpl.
Consider making the ActiveMQManager implement J2EEManagedObject while in there,
as this may be coming down the road.
