Seems it's hard and fragile to stage a 2.2.x release.
However, good news is I finally closed it!
I'm trying to perform a 2.2.1 release. It drives me nuts when I want
to close the open staging repo from [1]. It always fails and returns
without any hints. After two complete release process attempts, it
still does not work.
Does anyone know how to report this problem ?
I find Brian Fox (brianf, I think) on the maven irc channel and ask him for
help. However I don't think he's there now. Asking on maven IRC might still
work.
