If anyone is interested in a small easy build clean up project
We've had some code in the build to help eclipse find the xmlbeans
generated sources that does something like copying them into the
classes directory. I think someone finally figured out what is wrong
in the xmlbeans

Btw, I checked in under
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/geronimo/sandbox/gawor/rfc124 a tiny
bit of code that I was playing around with to better understand RFC
124. I'll keep on working and experimenting with it but anyone is
welcome to join. I'm planning to add some of the RFC 124 API

It looks good to me. I ran RAT and verified the output, built, and ran
through the 5-minute tutorial and did some poking around. I did notice a
number of SNAPSHOT references in files like the following but after
discussing with Tim he clarified that they are test cases used to
validate
I have started some stuff related to that too. The plan was to see if
it's possible to implement RFC 124 on top of Felix iPojo.
I have the apis, schemas and some of the parsing working ...
If anyone is interested, we could maybe set up a lab for that.

In case you haven't seen it, Google just announced a preview of their
Google App Engine support for Java [1] along with a SDK [2]. The
interesting part, is the SDK uses Jetty v6 (parts repackaged into
appengine-tools-api.jar) as the web container, DataNucleus [3] for the
JDP/JPA support, and
Hello Kevan, David,
Thanks for your replies. I was able to build (not completely except *
assemblies* and */plugins/connector-1_6*) ApacheGeronimo module by module
with your instructions.
I did also run the server and did deploy the sample application successfully
by following the instruction
Not sure about the assemblies
I suspect when I set up connector 1.6 that I used the -Pee6 profile to
get the j2ca 1.6 spec jar into jee-specs. So if you build jee-specs
and connector 1.6 with
mvn clean install -Pee6
it might work.
