Everything looks good. A few minor notes:
src/main/appended-resources/META-INF/LICENSE.vm in the source release is DOS
formatted file (seems ok in svn, however).
The resultant LICENSE file is a mixed mode (linux and MS-DOS line endings).

This is a revote for the JSON bundle that was originally included with the
axis2, axiom, and scout vote. The JSON bundle was removed because of LICENSE
file issues. This version has corrected the LICENSE files to be handled in a
manner consistent with other similar bundles (e.g., the jaxb-impl bundle).
