AMQ CPP doesn't have direct interaction with the broker and its DB. If the
broker startup results are truly incorrect then its more than likely an
issue there. If you can create tests cases to demonstrate this issue in
steps to reproduce it, then I'd write a new issue and attach those there.

But I have a observation. When the broker starts, it shows the wrong total
recovered message number from Journal. This may not be the activemq-cpp
related. Can you help to verify?
This happens when you cosumed all the messages, and restart the broker. It
shows non-zero message
