add a method to pull a set of columns from a set of non-contiguous rows in a
single RPC call.
e.g.

* Parallel get. For a given table and column, return for
* the given rows.

* @param rows a list of rows to get
* @result list of TRowResult for each item
*/
list<TRowResult> parallelGet(1:Text tableName,
