There does not seem to be a tag for this release.

Further to the email from Infra [1], [2] perhaps the tag should be created as
rel/11

POM ASC, SHA512 OK.
Checked out the tag and ran 'mvn clean install'.
Edited HttpCore git master's pom.xml to use parent 11 and to use
'issue-management' and 'licenses' instead of 'issue-tracking' and license'
in the reporting section.
Then ran 'mvn clean package site -P !use-toolchains' and
