Implement support for IN as a Boolean-valued expression, e..g.
select col1 IN (1, 2, 3) from T;
or
select col1
from T
where NOT (col1 IN (1, 2, 3));
This will also automatically add support for NOT IN because NOT IN is
automatically transformed into NOT ( ... IN ... ) by the parser.
