I was asked to look at a FreeBSD server with HTTPD 2.4.18 (mod_php - 5.6.17). The site experiencing the issue is running WordPress.
There appears to be an issue with chunked responses not being delivered properly when using FallbackResource. Chrome and the W3 Validator both complain about missing chunks. There are no errors in the server error log. When we switched from FallbackResource to mod_rewrite, the problem disappeared. Has anyone seen this? If not, any debugging suggestions? - Y
