There are multiple {{Ignition.start(...)}} methods that allow to start with an
{{IgniteConfiguration}} object, Spring file or will all defaults.
But for some reason, there is only one {{getOrStart()}} which works with
{{IgniteConfiguration}}, so there is no way to provide XML file.
These two methods sets should be consistent, let's add missing {{getOrStart}}
overloads.
