We have got NPE in
org.apache.ignite.internal.processors.cache.GridCacheTtlManager#expire(int)
several times during 4 minutes from tx.close() and tx.commit() here

This could have been IgniteCacheOffheapManager == null, cctx.offheap()
returning null, but I could not reproduce it. To debug this further, a PR with
assert added will be submitted
