I am not able to add watchers to my Jira tickets. Could someone tell me how
to fix the problem?
Thanks!

Could someone grant me a permission to add watchers to JIRA issues? I am
not able to add watchers even to my own ticket.
Thanks!

Is ENABLE_EXPR_REWRITES a user-facing query option and should it be
documented?
Is there a place we can host demo/tutorial/doc related files for Impala?
I need to upload a data files for a tutorial. The file was previously in a
personal Dropbox, but they have been removed a while back.

quickly add the search to the site?

When you said, "I propose that we release 3.1.0 soon", how "soon" do you
have in mind?
I have a few doc tickets for the new features, 3 in reviews, and 3 to
start, including the Timezone changes.

I think about 7 working days will be enough to wrap up the doc work for 3.1:
- TOPN query option
- SHUTDOWN command
- TIMEZONE changes
- Minor release-related work
