[DISCUSS] Change the notification settings ?

Hi all, I would like to make a suggestion here on how we can possibly make it better for people to use and follow our mailing-lists and hereby our project. Admittedly I am interested in IoTDB unchanged. However, over time it has become more and more problematic to casually follow the project.
