RFC4918, Section 14.8
(<http://greenbytes.de/tech/webdav/rfc4918.html#rfc.section.14.8>) defines an
extension to PROPFIND that allows clients to retrieve all RFC2518 properties,
the dead properties, plus a set of additional live properties. This can help
avoiding a second roundtrip to retrieve really all properties.
