JMeter has been voted as a TLP, and is in the process of being reorganised. The JMeter SVN URLs have changed. http[s]://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/jakarta/jmeter/ has become http[s]://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/jmeter/ So for example trunk has changed from https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/jakarta
