JENA-879: Jena osgi pax exam
Fixes JENA-879 for jena-osgi-test
Replaces eosgi-maven-plugin tests with PAX Exam testing.
Tests jena-osgi with OSGi frameworks Eclipse Equinox and Apache Felix.
