Note - this is without the OSGi binary artifacts due to problems with
the new dependencies for JSON-LD 1.1 support discovered during the
release process.

So some system is using Jena with OSGi - not clear whether it is Jena
OSGi binary artifacts or not.
It's not going to be a quick thing to decide what to do.
