The PageViewPlugin keeps track of pageviews, see [1] for details. It does not the keep track of the number of pages. It stores all values in memory and in a file. This file (PageCount.txt) is stored in the directory designated by the jspwiki property jspwiki.workDir. If you delete this file, all counters will be "reset" to zero (on the next restart).
