[~sumit.gupta] Thanks for reviewing it. Have fixed the old-console URLs and 
updated the patch. 
The UIs cover few of the APIs but not all, We have druid integration-tests that 
tests some more api's. 

For testing, mostly I did manual testing and modified the current druid 
integration-tests to allow them to be run with knox gateway 
(https://github.com/druid-io/druid/pull/3646). In future we can extend the 
current integration-test suite of druid to ensure that it covers all the APIs 
and also add some basic unit tests to knox in further PRs.

[~nishantbangarwa], I tested the patch at a very basic level by bringing up the 
UIs. Hopefully that tests some of the REST API functionality. If any testing 
can be added for the REST APIs, that would be great, otherwise they do seem 
like basic pass through functionality and no special rewrite functions, so 
maybe nothing additional is needed. Please confirm your thoughts on this, 
especially from the perspective of protecting the service definitions from 
breaking in the future.

The one link I did hit that didn't work in the coordinator UI was the "old 
coordinator console". Is that something that is important enough and if so, can 
you get a fix in?
