Considering many environments (includes travis-ci) haven't upgraded to
Maven 3.5.4; We will downgrade the minor version of the scala-maven-plugin
to 3.4.1, so that today's environments can continue to work.
This vote is cancelled, and an RC2 will be sent out soon.
