It seems not Kylin's issue. The stacktrace is Hadoop code. Based on my limited
experience, most of Hadoop issues come from the misconfiguration or
incompatible components. Could you try

what's the output of bin/find-hive-dependency.sh? It seems something wrong
in the environment variables.
