kylin 2.5.1 ,after i build cube same
segement(2019020303_2019020304) two times,and two times building all
success, When i build cube same segement third times.system alert
"Segments overlap: cube_name[2019020303_2019020304] and
cube_name[2019020303_2019020304]"
