Hi all,
Every TLP needs report to ASF board in each month at the beginning
(then
quarterly after 3 months). As chair, I am responsible to collect and
submit this
report from our community, [1].
Please help to add any activity, news, talk, meetup, conference, and other
parts into this report.
Here's first draft version (according to ASF template and other projects),
and a wiki page for everyone to contribute to:

Please take a look and try to edit there, and send back to mailing list
if there's any major change.
The deadline for submit our report is Dec 9, I will try to submit early if
there's no critical issue.

Apache Kylin is an open source Distributed Analytics Engine designed
to provide SQL interface and multi-dimensional analysis (OLAP) on
Hadoop supporting extremely large datasets.

- there are no issues requiring board attention at this time
## Activity:

- Kylin graduated from the Apache Incubator on Nov 18, 2015.
- Completed the transition incubating to top-level infrastructure.
- Mailing list, JIRA, and commit activity are at or above average.
- We are working on release v1.2 and v2.0-Beta after graduation
- Requested trademark registration
- Working on a graduation announcement
- Jason Zhong will present Kylin at Big Data Technology Conference

- Messages on the dev mailing list (October, November, December): 822
- Messages on the user mailing list (October, November, December): 62
- 189 JIRA tickets created in the last 3 months

- The last release was v1.1.1-incubating on Nov 04, 2015
- The new release after graduation, v1.2, will be released in this month
