It seems the Pashto (ps) project page has been mixed up
with the Punjabi (pa) one. See here:

Unfortunately it seems the mistake does not stop here, as the ps project has
not been created, could you guide me about what to do?

I tried telnet connection too. I get the same message.
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection timed out
I also submitted my pulic ssh2 key and I have been informed that it is
added to openoffice.org.
