After fllowing instructions from [1], origin-node can register itself with error message:
Jan 12 13:39:40 master-1 origin-node[85592]: W0112 13:39:40.254195 85592 sdn_controller.go:48] Could not find an allocated subnet for node: master-1, Waiting... Jan 12 13:39:40 master-1 origin-node[85592]: F0112 13:39:40.254221 85592 network.go:45] SDN node startup failed: failed to get subnet for this host: master-1, error: timed out waiting for the condition Is there any secret sauce I'm not aware?
