Greetings, As we rely on RDO infrastructure more and more for TripleO 3rd party jobs and periodic jobs I propose we use the same alerting method we use in the #tripleo channel. So in this case I think we could add a tag to launch pad bugs named tag = "rdo-infra-alert" or tag = "rdo-infra" etc..
