testing now but some option for a settings file so that people can run
hlint on a project but not see a bunch of issues they have to then

relevant to snowdrift along with other Haskell projects.

I was going to send this just to Bryan, but I figured it makes more
sense to send to the whole dev list. Would be nice (if this works as I
think it does) to commit an hlint settings file to the snowdrift repo.
Maybe someone can test this?

The point being that running hlint on the snowdrift repo gives certain
errors related to language extensions and template haskell, and this
could suppress those, given the right yaml file settings for hlint…
