Would it be best to to have the following scoring system
0 - Not relevant
0 X 1 Some relevance. The granularity labels would be settable via
configuration and could be optional.

I have been adding stuff to the wiki as I get feedback from the dev list. I
did not include all comments/requirements. I tried to keep the requirements
to the most basic level. It would be nice to find some hardware to use for
hosting the project and also discuss what platform to use for
solicit queries
by providing users open search box and opportunities to browse the data.
I know much of this is simplistic, but it is a start.
