{{git bisect}} says that commit {{c64f9d6}} on this issue is where the most
recent {{QueryElevationComponentTest.testMarkExcludes()}} failure started
reproducing - see SOLR-7992. Note though that this test has a much longer
history of failing, so the {{git bisect}} result may not be helpful.
