1896 - Still Failing!
Does anyone know what is causing these SSL failures when retrieving the
JIRA stuff for changes-to-html?
I tried the obvious workaround (changing it to just use http) but it forwards
to https anyway.
And it doesnt fail on my machine in any case

I am now installing the updates for J9 (there is already update 2 available
for
Java 7 and update 11 for Java 6, both one more than currently installed),
