Using default collation in Solr, because we add several language text to same
index.
When sorting estonian language text, solr sorts letters in wrong way.
Ä is shown before Õ
Correct way is:
A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, Š, Z, Ž, T, U, V, W,
Õ, Ä, Ö, Ü, X, Y
