OK, the documentation in Lucene was updated. Also example text fragments were
added to Solr's schema. The JAR file is also shipped with solr now.
Only the ref guide updates are missing. I am not familar with asciidoc, so
somebody with experience should do this. Text fragments can be collected from
schema files and Lucene's documentation.
