This can lead to OOM, for example in
[https://builds.apache.org/job/Lucene-Solr-NightlyTests-7.3/10/.|https://builds.apache.org/job/Lucene-Solr-NightlyTests-7.3/10/]
It's already a nightly-only test, and it's always going to require a large
index.
