Currently the jdbc Streaming Expression requires that username, password and
URL to operate. This ticket will allow users to configure JDBC connection pools
using the new *pool* function. The pool management will be built into the
/stream handler so they close properly at shutdown.
The Apache Hive JDBC driver will also be included with Apache Solr as part of
this ticket to allow seamless connection pooling to Apache Hive.
